“Des Bastides” estate agency was founded in 1994, in Puget-Ville, by Jean-Louis Truc. His daughter Stephanie joined him as a junior partner in 1995.

A branch was open in 1996 in Carnoules, and since then two more employees were hired :

Gérard Mauger, sales agent, and Virginie Cavalier, sales secretary in charge of the renting service (annual or seasonal renting).

Our 30-kilometre working perimeter around Puget-Ville includes numerous villages, farm fields, recreational cottages and building lands.

The recently build A 57 motorway passes trough the area, putting Toulon and Hyères, the airport and the TGV train stationwithin a 20-minute drive from Puget-Ville which provides easy access to a quality of life and tranquillity you can hardly find on the coast.
